Lindy Waldeck has had music in her head all of her life. At the end of 2008, she started a band called Jazz&More and that inspired her to start writing the words and melodies she had in her head. The band performed covers and jazz standards, but then started rehearsing Lindy's own songs to include them later in its repertoire.

Lindy has never managed to master an instrument, but while trying to learn a few, she learnt a lot about music and harmony. She records her music on her computer at home. She is also active in other music projects. For example, she has sung in a 180-person choir for 8 years. Last November, the choir opened their latest show, "DIT=BROADWAY". During one weekend, the show was watched by almost 4000 people.

At the end of 2009, Lindy signed up on SellaBand to raise funds for her first album. She is already almost at 50% of her target budget and she is looking forward to recording her songs in a professional studio.
