Jennifer Berdetta's passion for music began at a very early age. Before she turned five, she was already performing. As a teenager, she got into songwriting and developed her skills under the mentorship of the acclaimed teacher Nanette Natal. To develop her skills further, Jennifer enrolled in The Jazz Program at The New School in New York City.

Jennifer performed and recorded with a number of musicians, including members of The SNL Band, Hall & Oates, The Blues Brothers, Ben E. King, Late Show with David Letterman Band and The Jazz Expressions. She also toured Japan and Europe. After that, she headed back home, took a break from performing and recorded her album "There Is a Reason".
