Music is Jennifer Berdetta's full time job. She's been performing since she was about 5 years old. She grew up in New Jersey, spending lots of time in front of the mirror singing into a hairbrush to Aretha Franklin, James Taylor, The Beatles and everyone that she was inspired by.
Jennifer Berdetta recorded and performed with musicians from The SNL Band, Blues Brothers Band, Late Show with Letterman Band, The Headhunters, Darlene Love, Ben E. King, The Spin Doctors, Hall & Oates, The Jazz Expressions and Bette Midler.
Jennifer Berdetta has taken private voice, piano & guitar lessons for most of her life. She also studied formally in The Jazz Program at The New School, NYC. Her background is in Blues & Jazz, but she never felt complete as an artist limiting herself.
