Song of the Week
Syndrom Kreta
Muotopolska
The Polish band Syndrom Kreta was started in 2006. The name means "mole syndrome" - mole is an undeground creature, and so it was a suitable name for this undeground band.

Syndrom Kreta call the music they play Cardio-Rock, which means that the sounds they play influences the heartbeat in a positive way. Their compositions are full of energy and their lyrics, written in Polish, are witty and with typical Polish humour, a little black, a little absurd. Syndrom Kreta do not sing about love but, as they explain, about lives of ordinary people who go through life like the moles do: following the dark, black, underground corridor without knowing what is on the other side.
